Quality system in fusion welding of metallic materials
(DIN EN ISO 3834-2)
Our enterprise complies with the general quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials, both in the field and in the workshop.
Many years of training and experience of our fellow-workers from the technology and production sectors who worked on a large number of projects, resulted in obtaining the DIN EN ISO 3834-2 certificate. Compliance with the standard has been certified by TÜV THÜRINGEN certification body.
Quality system in production of equipment exposed to high pressure in use
(PED Directive 2014/68/EU, Annex I (3.1), AD 2000 HPO section 3, DIN EN 12952-5:2012, DIN EN 13445-4:2016 & DIN EN 13480-4:2014)
MONTAVAR Metalna Lola d.o.o. has demonstrated its conformance with the requirements for production of the equipment exposed to pressure in accordance with the directive 2014/68/EU, Aneks I (3.1) kao i AD 2000 HPO sekcija 3, DIN EN 12952-5:2012, DIN EN 13445-4:2016 i DIN EN 13480-4:2014.
TÜV THÜRINGEN confirmed that our production facilities, qualified production personnel, qualified supervision and inspection personnel enable production of such complex structures and/or equipment.
Quality system in fabrication of steel structures
(EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011, EN 1090-2:2009)
Our specialty is fabrication of steel structures by 111, 131, 135, 136 and 141 welding processes.
In addition to the materials that are widely used in mechanical industry, welders are also trained for welding of special steels, including Hardox and Weldox.
Our compliance with EN 1090-1:2009 and EN 1090-2:2009, regarding requirements for manufacturing of load bearing and welded structural steel components, has been certified by the BUREAU VERITAS certification body.
Quality system in preinsulated bonded pipe systems for district heating
(SRPS EN 13941-1: 2019 & SRPS EN 13941-2: 2019)
MONTAVAR Metalna Lola d.o.o. meets the requirements for design and installation of pre-insulated district heating pipelines as defined in the standards SRPS EN 13941-1: 2019 and SRPS EN 13941-2: 2019.
SGS confirmed that our company possesses qualified personnel and fulfill all requirements of the specified standard.

MONTAVAR Metalna Lola d.o.o. with its production capacity and high skilled workforce fully meets all requirements related to welding of railway vechicles and componets according to EN 15085-2.
After inspecting our company’s capacities, a certificate of such qualification was issued by an authorized certification body Q TECHNA.
